We offer a house sitting service for those clients who would prefer to have someone living in their home to look after their pets while they are away. We have had many enquiries about house sitting so are very excited to be able to offer this service to our clients. Having a house sitter often suits clients who have pets with special needs or feel that they would like the extra security of having someone live-in while they are away. We service houses within half an hour of Hobart, and we can organise sitters for houses further afield upon request. However we do not operate in areas over an hour from Hobart.
Our House Sitters
All of our limited number of house sitters have been with us as pet sitters for many years and have ‘graduated’ to house sitting after proving themselves to be professional, reliable and trustworthy. As with all of our sitters they have also undergone a police check, reference check and interview process. We also offer client references for all of our house sitters for your peace of mind (please see our references page).
As with pet minding, we will do all that we can to ensure that you keep the same house sitter each time you go away.
Rates
We charge a daily rate of $60 for the first 2 weeks and $50 per day thereafter. Please note that we charge for the day of arrival and departure.
